We find that a conscientious approach to, and evaluation of the many problems to come before us take a great deal of time. For some months we have been studying, planning and deciding construction plans. Our building program, presently under way, will further increase the amount of time spent in solving these problems, We wish to preserve the good habits and practices of the pastg grow with the demands and needs of the presentg and, continue to develop future citizens who will partici- pate in our democracy.
