STUDENT SENATE The House of Representotives and the Senate, student governing groups at El Rancho High School, are pat- terned much like the national law-making bodies of the same names. All requisitions involving money must originate n the House of Representatives. After the House has approved the requisition it is sent to the Senate for further approval. If the Senate does not approve or wishes to change the bill it must return to the House for further consideration.
