ACULTY FACULTY A progressive city represents a cultured and resourceful people. Early El Paso, iso- lated from all other civilization, at first re- ceived news only from stage coaches and ex- press rlders People waited at the stage sta- tions to receive their mail and news from the rest of the world Soon the stages became outmoded as a means of communication as telegraph lilies began to span the country El Paso was no longer isolated but could obtain the latest news ln a matter of minutes As El Paso increased in size radios became a neces sity in the homes and ln the last few years have been replaced by television Through the development of communication El Paso has become an Intelligent well informed city Like a means of communication our facul ty represents a means of information for the young mmds of our city Like television the faculty sends out rays of leamlng and edu cation as an assurance that the citizens of to morrow vull be intelligent and well bred
