It was quite different from any we had yet encountered, there was a great amount of work in glving the most successful, and the 'nost beautlful Prom ever yet Noe, and wh1ch attracted a capacity crowd To pilot us through this enyoyable, businessllke year vere the followzmg officers Presldent, Jack Stunpert, V1ce President, Harold Benedlct, Secretary Treasurer, Kenneth Mann Kenneth moved to La Salle after bemg Vllth us only a short tune and Adelme Alt was elected to f1ll the vacancy The Student Council Representatlves were Erma Jeanne Kingdom and Bill Kitchell Our advisers were Mr Grabb, Miss Shepherd, and Miss Smlth This brought us to the close of our third year Everyone left with the hope of returnlng as a dignified Senior Yes , we are now the stately Senlors of 19141 a somewhat more 1.ntel11gent and yet bewildered group wh1ch has worked together for four short years I say short, because we are all sad at one time or another to leave good old E T H S where ve encountered such splendld experiences together To successfully guide us through th1s last Joyous year, we chose the following officers Presldent, Harold Benedict, Vice Presldent, Madelon Neal, Secretary Treasurer, Sam Snyder, Student Council Representatives, Erma Jeanne Kingdon nd Bill Kitchell Our advisers were Hr Grabo, Miss Morgenthaler, and Mr Clag ett The D A R delegate from our class was Erma Jeanne Kingdon Our accomplishments th1s year were the publishlng of the l9LO-'Al year book The Reflector, the editor in chief be1ng Erma Jeanne Klngdon, with Arlene Rippel and Betty Cleary as assistants Another great accompllshment was the play 'Kempy presented by the Seniors and directed by Mr Noe Last but not least lies our main Lnterest, which is the fact that we are to receive our long sought for diplomas And that is a very conc1se hmstory of that d1st1.nguished Senlcr Class of 'Ll who started out in 1937 as green freshmen and graduated in 191.1 wiser 1n the knowledge of books and r1cher in experience lotto- If the elevator of success is broken, use the sta1rway Colors Ross and silver Flower Rose C12 0 o s , ' . 4 , 1 .V P' K 1 4 I .
