THE 1977-1978 CHOIR OFFICERS: Jackie Spradley - parliamentarian Russell Bleadsoe - president Yvonne Smith -librarian Andrus Flemming - secretary The A Cappella Choir, under the direction of Mrs. Polnick, received many awards this year. Many mem- bers competed inthe U.l.L. Solo and Ensemble Contest and three made the All Region Choir. lke's talented choir was invited to the Gulf Coast Choir Festival. At another U.l.L. contest for concert performing and sight reading, the choir was rated as excellent.
