Guys Trock Ends ot District Last spring, runners turned in a considerable number of fast times such as the 880 yard relay team of Tom Downs, Thears Judkins, Kevin Calhoun and Jim Cooper with a time of 1:32.3. However the weight men had a difficult time placing. Team members made ex- ceptional efforts such as Joe Ouinn's 52.9 in the open 440 yard dash and Frank Passini's 4.59 for the mile during the district meet. 1. Girls Engoge in Stote Competition Although their season was not the best, five girls qualified for the state track meet at Charleston, Illinois. The Eisen- hower contenders were Joi Bolton, Eileen Siebert, Michele Bruno, Roberta Eisner and Cindy Plahm. Joi Bolton was the only one who made semi-finals. 1.
