Unfortun- ately, Eisenhower lost to Brother Rice and Bremen, but team members Patty Tama- son, Rea Cox, and Dennis Fletcher made a fine showing, About 15 students audi- tioned for the team and final selections were made by lVlr. Ray Kropp, sponsor. Team members were chosen because of their abilities in answering questions during Try-OUIS and practice. 1. lVlu Alpha Theta is a math club which competes in math contests and helps the students at Old lVlain in math clinics. The club's main purpose is to install keener interests and enjoyments in math. They also are preparing themselves for college and possible math scholarships. lVlembers are: Shelley Davis, Norma Lalfioach, Annette Lepellere, Bruce lVlalm, Cheryl Wierman, IVlr. Bolton, sponsorg Dwight Kuzanek, Mary Saindon.
