Deutscher Klub Hos Most Active Yeor German Club participated in many activities this year, They included working on a Home- coming float, going on a wandering or hike, making German soup called Linsesuppe or Ientil soup and playing soccer. They had a Christmas party on December 13, Members of the club participated in a Christmas play which was presented to the Germania Club in Chicago. They also went downtown to some different German Restaurants. Pep Club is an organization of students who try to promote school spirit at Old IVlain. Although it was a small group this year, that didn't seem to stop them from coming out and cheering for our Cardinals. They sold pins, pennants and programs before most games. 3.
