'74 Prom Provides Moments to Remember Moments to Remember was the theme of the 1974 Prom held at Palos Hills Country Club on May 17. One of the highlights of the even ing was the crowning of a prom queen. Marcel Stepp was the first queen selected in a random drawing on the night of the dance. Music was provided by Crossfire and Time Piece . Special than ks to Mrs. Reeves and the junior class officers for a successful and enjoyable evening. 1 1. Lora Guerrei and Ben Russo tripping the light fantastic . 2. Marcel Stepp graciously accepts the title of Oueen of the Prom while standing with date Willie Row. 3. Prom goers admire their prom favors, an apothicary jar and neck- lace for the girls and a coffee mug for the guys. 4. Prom sponsor, Mrs. Reeves, receives an appreciation gift from jr. class president Cindy Galati as sr. class officers Sandi Mitchell and John Mican look on. 5. We Are on O After four years of the laughs and disappoint- ments of high school life, the graduates were glad when the final night came. 575 seniors graduated on Friday, June 7, 1974.
