1 iii. Many hardworking hours were spent by the soph- omore class in preparing for basketball home- coming. Since it was held on valentines day it seemed an appropriate time to choose a queen and court. Randy Eil, ASB secretary ot state was the master of ceremonies and announced the win- ners. Carol Bahnsen was tirst announced as soph- omore sweetheart, followed by the crowning ot Carol Glazier as junior darling. The queen tinal- ists were then escorted across the basketball court. Wendy Uhl was named first princess.
