These hands signify the, dedication of our faculty towards us, the humility with which they pursue their tasks, the hours of 'work that go into the preparation and evaluation of lessons. fi Our teachers have multitudinous tasks: they must help us to become more proficient in skills, pique our curiosity, give us bases on which to establish values, help us to find our way vocationally and emotionally, guide us in our play, and lead us to full maturity. To our faculty we extend our thanks for their devotion to us as indi- viduals and as students. We appreciate the part that they have played in our development and in making our high school years meaningful and happy-

To the Class of 1963 Excellence is a word that is descriptive of the Class of 19635 excellence EDWARD V' RYAN in times when it is needed PRINCIPAL Very badly. Members of EISENHOWER the Class of 1963 have HIGH SCHOOL had the courage and fore- sight to take advantage of the opportunities offered them by their parents and teachers. It is my opinion that you have as a class gained knowledge, and that you know how to use it. You have gained this knowledge and reinforced your compassion for your fellow man. As a class you have provided excellence in scholarship and leadershipg you have made Eisenhower High School better because of your presence as indi- viduals and as a class.
