Business Education The business education department gives specialized training for future bookkeepers, clerks, secretaries, and typists. Students wishing to make their careers in the business world may take courses in business practices and economics, A bookkeeping class ponders a question. LANGUAGES The English department helps us to under- stand our language by teachng us the rules that govern it and by introducing us to great authors who have used the language well. Foreign languages offered at E.H.S. include Latin, French, German, and Spanish, — = — English Essentials students work on research papers, Raydine Chester, Betty Halbe, Barbara Vaughn, and John O'Connell learn French by listening to tape recordings.
