Class Prophecy It was the year 196$, and I was once more wandering through the halls of E. C. S. The faces were all new to me, and I seemed very much a stranger until I heard a voice ring out, Where do you think you’re going? I turned to see who it was and found myself once again face to face with that guardian of the halls, our friend and adviser, Mr. Robert Brown, I told him that I had returned to see how the old school was getting on and asked him if he had heard anything from the old gang, the class of ’55. He smiled and replied, Yes, and they are getting into just as much mis- chief as everl We strolled down the hall and sat doim on the bench across from the office; and as many happy memories drifted through my mind, he told me all he had heard of the class of ’55.I gathered the following from what he related to me. Mrs. James Todd, the former Miss Sandra Allen is the new girls’ ath- letic director at the University of Southern California. Her husband Is head basketball coach there. Harold Austin is teaching Adult Education (SHOP) at E. C. S. Margaret Cole married a surgeon. She has her RN and uses her knowledge and skill in his office. Carol Porter is married and lives at Gouverneur. She owns exclu- sive furniture store there. Keith Puller may be seen on out- door posters advertising Pepsodent’s Smile of Beauty . Keitha Zeller saleslady, selling eting foods. Lillian Thompson is a well known figure in the Land of Stars. Her last picture was Life in the Locker Room, or Who’s Combing My Hair. It was re- leased through Atomic Pictures, Inc. Kathryn Hurley is still as love- ly as ever. And............Patrick Hurley is still a batchelor. Henry Waugh, having . graduated from Cornell, is an expert on animal husbandry. Dawn Puller owns an exclusive women’s shop on Fifth Avenue, and the shop features clothes designed by Jean Chapin. The latest style is Jeans Jaunty Jerkingsuits. Russell Clintsman is mining talc at TALKville. Edward Sullivan was recently e- lected president of the National Farm Association. Besides being a well- known farmer, Ezra is known for his developments of fertilizer. Frederick Archer is running a rocket express to the moon. Mars, Jupiter, and Venus. The time flew by, and I was soon forced to bid Mr. Brown farewell, but as I hurried down the steps I saw him shake his head as he mumbled softly, I wonder what she’s up to now. 14 is a traveling cosmetics and di- ANNETTE SYKES, Class Prophet.
