Mr. Rusie discusses many of the school problems with thc Student Council officers: Tom Waterman, sergeant-at-armsg Sue Case, secretary-trcasurerg Gary Metz, presidentg and john Petterson, vice-president. Mr. Rusie, a man of high ideals and sterling character, has the rare qualities of both an able administrator and a kind, understanding friend. Despite his multitudinous responsibilities he is never too busy to address a friendly remark or to offer timely advice. Whether it be on the sidelines of a football game or at an essay award presentation, it is easily recognized that Mr. Rusie is one of Libbey's most loyal en- thusiasts.
