Lynn Kundard This year ' s National Society tapped seventeen Jun¬ iors and two Seniors for membership in the Society. Being the Highest scholastic honor bestowed by the school the new members were formally inducted into the society as their parents and friends looked on. The officers of the National Honor Society this year were President Ray Hurd, Vice-President Lynn Kundard, Secretary Louise Held, and Treasurer Lucinda Held. They held a Bake Sale in the fall and sponsored a Sweetheart Dance in February. In March they wor ked in Con¬ cessions at the wrestling match. They also sponsored noon Intra¬ murals and provided a trophy for the winning teams.
