Principal G. Mason Hall. who has served District l5 in administrative positions since l94l. now holds the office of administrative assistant in addition to his duties as principal. Mr. Hall became high school principal at Edmonds in 1941 and served in that capacity until July, l947, when he became assistant superintendent. ln March. l9-49, he resumed the office of principal. Mr. Hall has had twenty-six vears of teaching and administra- tive experience on grade. junior high. and senior high levels. lnstructors, Equipment, Courses Increase School Assets 'lihe school vear of I9-Wf5tJ saw the addition of two new courses to the curriculum. An adver- tising class was added, taught by Mrs. Gleason. Nliss Nancy Keller teaches a newly-formed commer- cial art class, ln many rooms, equipment was added. including tahles and chairs to replace the clusmy deslfcs, New storage closets for the instruments were added in the handrooni. ln the halls, additional student lockers were installed, and. for the shop classes, new lathes were purchased. Approximately 51,1100 in new hooks, including references. was added to the library, which was enlarged in I9-48. 'lihe numher of teachers employed in the high school was increased hv two.
