The Edmond High School Student Council is composed ofsixteen members elected by the student body ot the beginning of the school term. The number of represen- tatives is divided according to classification. One ofthe Council's proiects this year was the purchasing of a replica ofthe Statue of Liberty. This was done to make the public more aware of the principles which the statue stands for. Other proiects were an intramural sports tournament and u friendliest boyand girl contest. The various activities were held to improve school spirit, encourage friendship, and lead the student body in fair and sound policies. The Statue of Liberty.
