The columns marking the south entrance to the gym dedicated to the school by the Class of 1927, NAMED FOR O, W. Jeffries, the gym has al- ways been the scene of many athletic events. Since its construction much has been done to further the advancement of physical educa- tion in the school, Due to competent instruc- tors and adequate facilities, the students have benefited greatly by this training.

ORGANIZED IN 1915, Edmond High School has advanced a great deal since that time. With the construction of the present building in 1924, it was possible to offer the students a more complete course. The Administration Building has fif- teen classrooms, besides a large audi- torium.
