. . .AND WE DANCED THE NICHE AWAy. The Welcome Dance was the first dance of the 1986-87 school year. It took place on September 26th and was sponsored by the Edison Pom-Toms. Entertainment was provided by the KDWB Total Entertainment Sound and Light Show. Many prizes were given out and consisted of T-shirts, records and posters. New members of the danceline were announced and introduced to the crowd.
