Andy Felling: At this point I am undecided as to what college I will be atending next year, but I plan on going into Civil Engineering and Business Administration. The fine coaches and teachers I have had influenced me the most during my time at Edison. Your time in high school is completely up to you. so take advantage of all the special opportunities at Edison and have fun doing it. Toppers As the toppers of the Class of '66 each individual presented here is a role model for other Edison students to follow. Such leaders represent the many seniors who have worked and given of their time and energy. Saluting these individuals by presenting them here is but a small tribute of all that they have given to Edison. Rick Ballot: feel that my parents had the most influence over me while I was at Edison. They helped to guide me through all my academic and athletic problems at Edison. They made it fun to succeed because I knew it pleased them as well as me. My future educational plans are to go into a double major of Business and Medicine. Ten years from now I would tike to see myself working in the field of Sports Medicine. My advice for incoming freshmen is to get involved in school activities and work hard because it will reward you in the long run. Seniors 19
Mark Gulenchyn: There was no one event that totally influenced me. It was a combination of different classes I enjoyed participating in. and the various teachers that made them enjoyable and showed they had confidence in my work. I would like to thank them for their support. After high school I plan on attending Tech, school. I win be studying in the field of commercial art at Mpls. Technical Institute. In ten years I hope to be a free-lance illustrator working on such projects as album and magazine covers, or work for a large comic book company. If I had the opportunity. I would ten an freshmen to take high school very seriously, because this is where your future is formed. I would also tell them to not take high school so seriously as to not enjoy it and have fun. Joanna Hoang: win be attending the U of M to begin an education in the field of medicine. My senior year is my most favorite memory of Edison, especially the friendly support from my friends, teachers, and counselors. Mary Krawczynski: The person who most influenced me during my time at Edison was Mr. Wenzel. He taught me a lot about life and challenged me togive 100% in whatever! did. My future educational plans consist of attending the University of Minnesota in the fan. I wm be majoring in accounting, with the hopes of becoming a C.P. A . I would like to work in Minnesota for a firm or company. The advice I would give to an incoming freshmen to make their high school years meaningful is to get involved — whether it be sports, clubs, organization, whatever. You meet new people, have a lot of fun and you can make use of your talents. 20 Servofs
