HEN PROGRAM The purpose of Hen is the programmatic desegregation of Henry. Edison. and North. Students arc bussed from their home school to another for specific course offerings or programs. Usually a two or three hour block of time will be spent in a school location other than the home school. It provides an opportunity to attend classes with students from different racial and economic backgrounds, gives a wider range of course offerings for students, and also permits greater flexibility in programming for students and for the schools. Hen student changes buses at Edison. Discussing how to improve the academic levels of learning at Henry. Edison, and North. Students learn new dances at the retreat. 26 Hen Program

CHORAL CLUB MUSICAL The Musical given by the Choral Club was titled THE GUY FROM VENUS. The musical was about a girl named Linda who took over the position as head of Stacey's Department Store. Linda encountered many problems with the Amalgamated. They were trying to take over Stacey's Department Store. Meanwhile a creature from Venus named Don Starr tried to help Linda during the short time he was here on earth. Don Starr ended up falling in love with Linda. Jack, Linda's boyfriend, became jealous of Don Starr and wanted Linda all for himself. The musical was given on Friday.
