Courses in international, national, and local affairs help give us a better understanding of the problems which confront us today. In these subjects the basic concepts of American and world history are learned. John Bastolich, Thomas Gean-koplis, Kenneth Bronoman, John Roach. History, one of our largest departments, includes courses in American and world histories and modern problems. Each student is required to take these courses. The band, one of the best in the city, is under the supervision of Mr. Lunktey. There are also different singing groups where students learn how to make good use of their voices. Raymond Champlin, Mary Barbara Ferguson, Elmo lunkley. The courses in math offered here help prepare us for college and for life.
