As an instructor, he led us through the trials of physics, he entertained us as the emcee of many assemblies, and as a coach and athletic director, he helped to assure the success of our teams. But best of all, he is a friend to everyone, always ready with a smile, quip, or word of advice. This friendliness and his easy sense of humor have endeared him to students and faculty alike. In View ofthe many and varied roles he has played, and the excellence with which he has car- ried them out, we feel it fitting that we dedicate our 1955 Wiza1'd to a star performer, Mr. Homer B.
