Mr Harry A Miller Last sprung when Mr Muller closed has coachtng career after 32 years at Edtson he left an tllustrtous record tn sports events He was one of the great track men of his ttme and also excelled tn gymnastics and tumblmg Mr Muller who ts one of the northwest brought Edtson tts ftrst champt onshtp tn cross country back tn 1923 Mr Mtller IS the school advtser of Ht Y and was Instrumental tn brtngtng Ht Y to Edtson Bestdes betng acttve tn Y M C A work, he ts an ardent church member, and a booster of church athlettcs Mr Muller holds the htghest respect not only of the students, but also of the teach ers and coaches Mr Lopata, who coaches basketball, sand of Mr Muller, He took an Interest tn each boy as an tndtvtdual Mr Guzy, who has worked a long ttme with him tn the gym, satd, l couldn't have worked wtth a ftner man And Mr Man kowskt asststant football coach observed Mr Muller accomplished more wtth a ktnd word and an encouragtng pat than all the shouting and waving of arms could During the past three years as a mern that he has not only coached us tn our own particular event but also taught us to be well condtttoned athletes and most of all sportsmen He ts a great beltever tn good strong Chrtsttan character To me he has been my Ideal as a coach, as a teacher, and most of all as a man Although Mr Mtller's gutdtng talent hasn't reached all, hts frtendly smtle and wave of the hand have touched many a heart Therefore I feel that tt ts most approprtate that we dedtcate the 1954 Wtzard to Mr Harry A.
