Mr. Lombard magician with figures ... he Is mcsl interested In his cottage where he spends the summer vacation . . . hero he Indulges In his favorite pastimes, hunting and fishing. Mrs. Nordby -leaches the intricacies of bookkeeping . . . winter or summer pleases her equally, for she likes outdoor sports of all kinds . . . also has ambitions to travel ... is most interested in music . . . the pipe crqan enthralls her. Mr. Sanders -one of Edison's busiest ... as a member oi tho laculty, he teaches personal type, and directs the class play and Is successful in both . . . thon finds time somehow to practice law at his office downtown. Mrs. Simmons makes efltclent stenographers oi her students . . . devotes most of her time to raising her iamily . . . sandwiches in a book now and then . . . has the universal love of travel. Miss Turner loaves all thought cf pothooks behind when she locks hor classroom door ... Indulges her aesthetic senses by studying old glass and lumlturo . . . and is an enviable authority too . . . modernity has a place in her llfo, also, for sho is another contract bridge fan.
