Olive Richardson Secretary Vivian Orban Treasurer Rosanna Neeley Student Council Mary Ann Fleming Vice President Jo Ann Lancaster President Edison has been proud to have a chapter of the National Honor Society since its organization in 1945. Students are judged by the faculty on four points: character, leadership, service, and scholarship. A “B” average must be maintained throughout high school for the student to be eligible for membership. The induction of new members is a most impressive ceremony. The honor roll of students achieving high scholastic attainments is calculated by Honor Society members.
