- t As Freshmen, we adjust to many different life styles. Some complicated and some not quite so hectic. Freshmen girls look in-a-daze, when upperclassmen guys check them out. Some got lucky and got a date. As classes seem to get easier. Freshmen fitted with the rest of us. Sophomores come back with a new outlook on the pros- pective school year. They feel as if they have accomplished many tasks and were no longer at the bottom of the totem 3 ° ' e ‘ Classes change again for Juniors. Col- lege preparation starts entering the minds that linger. Preparing for college becomes essential for what the future holds yet, classes will always change from year to year. They change from the time we are Freshmen to the time we are Seniors. Before we go on marching through Edison, Academics is where it is at! As the pyramid of classes grow, ten- sion of each class builds up on everyone, yet classes that are the most nerve racking prove to be the most re- warding. Come march with us as we celebrate America in its 200th year. We as a school, will always remember the Bicentennial year. And hopefully the spirit of ' 76 will live forever.

Academics: Some new, some old. Phase elective Eng- lish classes were going strong with several new class of- ferings. For some, hours seemed to last forever. But whose fault was that? You can only make the class what it is and for what it is worth. Your effort, combined with class par- ticipation, can make it happen. We all know thatE.H.S. lacks in some areas, and our facilities are not the best, but we get by each year. To everyone, the last hour of the day brings relief. Our minds seem to drift away as the hands of the clock slowly, but surely, reach the destination of 2:55. For Seniors, it is 1:55 with an hour to spare before prac- tices, meetings or whatever. Each class varies for students. You can always tell what class is liked best. Report cards tell it. With the daily interruptions by the in- tercom, the teacher ' s look at that little square box got worse and worse. Wish we could read their thoughts ! As we march right on through classes the question be- comes, Where do you go from here? The passing of test answers from the hour before never seemed to work. Apparently the teachers gave a different test.
