Mr. Edward H. Downs and Mr. Rodney A. SchmFdt DEDICATION In realization of the importance which guidance plays in the molding of the characters of young people, we dedicate the 1958 Whigrean to our counselors, Mr. Rodney Schmidt and Mr. Edward Downs. These two men never seemed too busy to aid any one individual or group. Their willingness to understand and help has directed us to the solutions of the many and varied problems which have confronted us. The guidance they extend is an essential part of every student's education. Thus, by this dedication, we gratefully wish to acknowledge the inspiration they have given us. 5
