Science Student Today - Worker Perhaps Tomorrow The nauseous smell of formaldehyde filtered through the room as the subjects for dissection were brought out in big jars. Un- concerned biology students were soon engaged in a fascinating study of parts of frogs, grasshoppers, and worms. There was no question what was going on when a loud ex- plosion rocked the 200 building. Classes were eagerly engaged in an experiment which wasn't always successful. Senior science classes usually had a series of themes, lectures, and illustrative filmstrips that followed along with the material presented in their text books. The most intense science study was conducted in the physics classes. The study of the physical world considered as a whole, left its mark on poor Eagles who today can be found wandering around in a stupor muttering equations and formulas. 1975 will find these science students still experimenting. Taking a break 'From fheir class work, +he senior science boys goof off.
