Time out to listen to a tape recording is a change from their usual position behind the projectors. Seventeen audio-visual aides were kept busy showing films and making tape record- ings. This activity met every Thursday. They were shown how to splice films, run a tape recorder and operate a slide projec- tor. Three tests must be taken to qualify mem- bers. Second semester of the freshman year, interested boys take a written test. After passing this, they watch upperclassmen run the machines and are later tested according to their observances. They are eligible to be in audio-visual aides after passing these re- quirements. Officers elected were: President, Bob Ed- wards, vice-president, Jerry Schwartzlow, secretary, Larry Williams, and treasurer, Randall Simpson.
