Music 1 985 This past year the music industry has done quite a bit of growing. There were many new stars that made it big this year. A few are: Corey Hart, Huey Lewis and the News and Madonna. There were also some big comebacks. Such as: Prince, Bruce Springsteen and Tina Turner. These big comebacks were followed by an increase in the video world. Many all time selling highs were broken this past year. New awards were handed out and popularity of stars strengthened. With all the great things happening today in music, the music listener has even better things to look for in the future. OPENING l 13
