Coronation 1985 This yearis Homecoming Coronation out shown all other years. It was full of excitement, suspense, hope, fears and tears. F irst down the aisle were some of our schoolas future crown holders. The J unior Royalty, Jessi Rae Knudson, daughter of David Knudson and Brent Kuefler, son of Mary Lou Kuefler. Closely behind followed the freshmen attendants Michelle Dudar and Pete Nelson, and Kristi J anacula and Curt Kingrey. Soon after came the sophomore attendants J ulia Fiorentino and Todd Smalley, and Nichole Welter and Tyson Kanne. The junior attendants Stacy Moen and Derek Hugdahl, and Diane May and Tim Bierman followed. Then came the hopeful senior candidates Barb Brill and Jim Rasmussen, Kelly Boyer and Tim F arley, Tracy Wagner and Keith Jackson, Janelle Geason and Mark Nelson, Stephanie VanAsten and Rich Stans, and finally Katie Makie and Chris Martinson. There was a pause in the ceremony to let the last yearis king Steve Berg and queen Angie Geason take their last walk down the aisle to give their crowns to this yearis king and queen. Tension mounted as Keith Jackson was chosen king. The Geason tradition was continued when Janelle was chosen queen. The new royalty, king Keith Jackson and queen Janelle Geason, were ap- plauded by the school as they walked down the aisle as the 1984 Homecoming king and queen. OPENING i 7
