Kotmylo-Vice. President, R. Kopesky -Ptesident, Mr. Nelson-Advisor, Camera Dodger D. Dredge-Sec.-Treas. The student council is the main governing body of our school. The purpose of this organization is to promote the general welfare of our school, its students and faculty; uphold the high standards of this school and work towards closer co-operation between faculty and students in curricular and extra activities. One of the most important contributions of this year's council, under the supervision of Mr. Nelson, was the co-ordination of the class meetings with the council meetings. A schedule of class and council meetings was set up. The class meeting was held one week in advance of the council meeting. At this class meeting the agenda for the next council meeting was presented before the student body. The students could voice their opinions on the items to be brought up, and the student council representatives would get a better idea of how the majority of their class felt. The council also promoted stricter enforcement of the dress code and the scheduling of a dance per-month throughout the year.
