12. Class Prophecy As we make our social call to the Senior Class of 1954-55, our first stop is in that fascinating town of Hong Kong. There we see Karen Sorensen; she is doing her daily exercises to keep in shape so she can beat Mog Head Mae in her next bout. She is so excited about our visit her only comment is, See you at the wrestling matches. As our journey continues we bumpily land in SOuth America. We see a great big building, and we are Welcomed by Glenn Simons. He is the wealthy owner of the Simoglen Cigarette Company. His motto Not too strong, not too mild. Now we are walking down Hollywood and Vine; we come to a theatre and see a name in lights. It's Stan Riegert. He is working hard to replace Mar1an Brando after lVIar- lan's career is over. His comment, After all, 1am only a1itt1e boy. Our stomachs tell us it is lunch time. We look across the street and there is Mable's Exclusive Dining Hall. '1 Lo and behold, we find Ken Anderson as proprietor. We make a short stop in Central America, and as we are leaving, we pass the Queen K'oil Mattress Company where we find LaVonne Tobias bouncing to and fro, from bed to bed, testing their mattresses. As we journey to Honolulu, we see Mary Lou Garrison teaching Hula dancing. As we glance under a palm tree we find Marlin Hennen with his ukulele accompanying her pupils. We are surprised as we land in deepest Africa and find Lowell Timmersman's Lonely Hearts Club. He is at his desk reading letters from a stack of mail. Lucretia Whitney is awaiting our arrival in Paris. She is just finishing her day's work, modeling for the Raymond Mitchell Modeling Company. On the way out we say Hello to Ray wno has been very successful in his business. As we fly to Denmark, we see Burton Sutton doing body work. That is, auto body work. We are back in the states now and find Dorothy Holasek as a lawyer, deiending Public Enemy Number One. Her career nas been very successful. .Our journey has come to a close and we find that the Senior Class of 1955 has been very successful in the careers each has chosen. Signed: Junior Class of 1954-55
