Junior High iudeni Council The Junior High Student Council is a legislative body composed of members elected by the Junior High students. Its purpose is to assure relations between the students and administration. Through such projects as bake sales, dances, and assemblies, the members acquire the leadership experience necessary for future endeavors. Besides guiding parents at open house, the Yorkers are also in charge of the school's American flag. Composed of junior high students, the Yorkers travel to some historic city to visit, explore, and learn more about various sights in New York State.
