Our class has taken part in numerous events-both social and aeadelnie. Six out of eight of the Fast of Neighbors , one of the one-aet plays given in January. were members of the junior Class. Those who took parts were: lidith Uriffen. Lyla June liiee. janet Xlonell. Norma lliee. Xgnes ,lean ,-Xllanson. and lionald Shaw. ,loe Yaeanti had an important role in The Valiant. Hur greatest sneeess ol' the year w as our y ietory in the l ield Nleet. VS e are yery proud of the faet that we won lirst plaee hoth in our yell and the meet itself. and it is one ol' our highest aims to he vietorious again next year. Vs e hay e had numerous money making enterprises, including a halted goods sale in whieh we were unusnally sueeessl'nl. Xt our 'l'hanltsgiving danee. we all seemed to have a grand time daneing to the strains of Kudara and his liddle. Une evening in lfehrnary we had a junior soeial in the sehool at which we played giilllve, tlullved. and ended up hy grand 1-atsn. llowever. the outstanding event ol' the year was our Junior Prom, w hit-li w as the danee of the year and whieh we will long remember.

Un Friday. tlie llllI'H't'Illll of Uctober. the date ol' our annual l ield Nleet. me lost lirst place by' a half point. NH- concluded that it was the date, of course. Tlirougli tlie mud and water ol' early' fall. we triunipllantly paraded vsitli otliers to the grounds ol' the new school for the corner-stone laying. A little later, clad in maroon and ysliite, five basketball players, lin- elieer-leaders. and two sports- band players lall from our elassj performed for the benefit ol' the spectators and the success of the season. We are proud. too. tliat four of our girls are in the triple trio. and that when tlie llratnaties Club presented its plays. tliree Sophornores were cast. one taking a leading role. Because each class has to put on an assembly program and because our linglisli classes were studying a unit on radio, ssc transfornied the stage into the studio and gaye tyso successful radio dramas, adapted by' our msn class lnenibers. Uur class dance vias held on March 10, 191-ll, St. Patrielfs live. All day. groups ws ere busy' decorating and preparing relreslunents. Uur efforts were rewarded by one of the biggest crov ds of the year.
