Most people think that hockey is just a robust game, but to those girls who play the game, and play it right, know it as a sport that requires skill and practice. When the girls play they create coordination which is not only useful in hockey, but in everyday life. The varsity squad had one of the best hockey teams that Eddystone has had in many years, winning six, tying one, and losing two. The girls started off on the wrong foot by losing to Glen-Nor 2-1.
