Julianne Bellows went as the queen contestant and was escorted by Randy Godwin. Tony Garcia was the first in twenty years to show at the County Fair. Tony won a second place trophy. Some of the crowd that came out to see the contest and give their support. Julianne's talent was a country jazz dance. 24 sponsors The Ector PTO annually hold a Halloween Carnival in order to raise money for playground equipment, basketball suits, and give money to the teachers for room supplies. People in the community and surround- ing area always enjoy a fun time. This year the main attraction was a Hee Haw presented by the teachers, students and PTO members. Complete with Grandpaw — Hamilton Jones, Nurse Mary Goodbody and Doc Hill, and Willie Nelson. Plus all the East members of the Hee Haw gang.
