SE IOR Dann Evans Dannie, who we always tease so much about looking like Tony Curtis, wants to be a movie star or a hair stylist. Dannie attended St. Patrick's before coming to Ecorse. He played varsity baseball and football. Dann also was a member of Teenage, Student Council, and Choir, Gary Ford This big, blue-eyed blonde is one of Ecorse High School's major assets on the gridiron. Gary has played varsity foot- ball for three years and rowed for Ecorse Boat Club one year. He was a member of the Varsity Club,and is on the college course. Gary Floyd Though most people know him by Floy- die, we porter Poochie. His keen wit and personality keep a crowd in an up- roar. He also has the brains to accom- pany his wit. He plans to be an Indust- rial Research Chemist and is a member of the Latin and Varsity Clubs, Pinoch- ie is a tennis and music enthusiast. ,lack Ford jack is all for fun. He wants to lead a Successful life, which we know he will do. lVith his wonderful personality and kind word for everyone, how can he miss? ,lack is especially interested in tennis and loves to play the sax. lle was a member of the Hand, Latin Club, Teen- age, Camera Club, and the Pep Club. Frank Ford Frank's height and swiftness have made him the star center of the varsity basket- ball team. Spider was the :name given to him because of his long stride. Baseball is another one of Frank's inter- ests. He played varsity baseball two years and pitched both years. Frank was in the Spanish Club, and he is preparing for a career in engineering. Wilma Ford Fun-loving Willie, with those spark- ling brown eyes and warm smile was a member of the O.A.T., G.A.A., and a cheerleader. Willie's hobby is collecting records which tells us why she is such a sharp dancer.

Annie Cocroft Quiet Nunnie is another sweet girl who is liked by all who know her. Sheis very ambitious about becoming a seamstress someday. Among her activities are, Choir, E-Teens, and she was also one of our favorite Cheerleaders during her junior and senior years. Charlotte Dent Sports minded Charlotte spent much of her time playing baseball, basketball, soccer and volleyball. She enjoyed read- ing and belonged to G.A.A. r ei' Pauline Colaianni Pauline, known to her friends as Paula, is not only a cute gal, but also a smart one. Being a commercial student she is a member of the O. A. T., O. B. A., and O. G. A. Since shelikesto sing, she is a member of the Senior Chior, and also belonged to Teenage. Dorthy Duffield Dorthy, better known to her classmates as Duffy, has one ambition: to ben baseball umpire. She is extremely active in sports, belonging to Girl's Recreation Softball and Basketball. Duffy is also a member of the Biology, Teenage, Pep, Spanish-Latin, and Camera Clubs. She is on the annual staff. Her main inter- ests are bicycling, sports, reading, and writing to her pen pals. EIO Guy Craighead Two of Guy's favorite hobbies are skat- ing and dancing and we know he dos-sn't do them alone. He is on the general course and Wants to become a tool and die maker. He can carry on a conver- sation, even though the only person he is talking to is himself. VVarner Edmonds XVe know VVarner by the noise she doe- sn't make. Her quietness seems to accen- tuate her brilliance. Warner's activities are the Art Club and O.A.T. For a hobby she spends a great deal of her time reading.

Peter Frierson Pete is the boy who could run the legs off a rabbit. He was the co-captain of the track squad for the l953 season and is interested in physical education. Pete enjoys reading as a hobby, and he was a member of the Spanish-Latin, and li- Teen Clubs Vvilliam Gholston Bill is interested in playing pro basket- ball. He is well over six feet and can just about stand on the tips of his toes and drop the ball in the basket. Bill was on the general course and was a member of the Art Club. Marianna Gepes Dark haired, brown-eyed Nan likes horseback riding and swimming. Nan is also around when fishing is mention- ed, or is usually the first to suggest it. During her four years in high school she was a member of the O.G.A., O.A.T., Biol0gy,G.A.A., and Library Science Clubs. Claude Gibson Athletic minded Bishop participated in football and basketball. He was a mem- ber of the Student Police, Senior Choir, and Cafeteria. SE IORS Emele Gevercer College-bound Em is the actress of our class, therefore, she plans to be a dra- matics teacher. Her activities are Choir, Majorette, Latin Club, Annual Staff, and the National Honor Society. Em is always ready for a good laugh and keeps everyone laughing along with her. Tom Gordon You never see Tom without his little green Ford. It just seems to follow him wherever he goes. He isn't sure about what he would like to do after he has spent four years in college, but we are sure he will be successful at whatever he does. Tom played varsity football while Z- L:..L Ml 1
