CLASS W ILL We, the more brillant students, the graduating class of Echo High School, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our last will and testament. We are leaving our most treasured school day posses- sions to our less fortunate schoolmates: To Kenneth Taylor, Gordon McCoy leaves his ability to go steady for three years. Roberta Chapman leaves to Audrey Schlemmer the power to hold that one cer- tain man. To Donna McCoy, Shirley Bode gives her conversational ability. Llewellyn Hagen wills all his girl friends to Argene Froland---Girls look out!! Roger Paschke leaves his sense of humor to Janet Remmele. Marjorie Schmidt wills her control of blushes to Marilyn Johnson. Murl Kletscher wills his romeo tactics to Willard Viergutz, with the request he make good use of them!!! Jeanette Stelter wills her ability to argue her point to Glennis Meier. Glen Bousack wills his spunk to Dorothy Truax. Buddy Christensen wills his dark hair to Ovedia Ville. Gladys Schlemmer wills her long beautiful hair to Mildred Rust. Karen Von de Linde wills her figure to Edna Meier. Joyce Hustad wills her singing ability to Miles Gladitsch. Glenn Kotval wills his height to Donald Gronholz. Lyla Hagen leaves her quiet disposition to Donna Schlemmer. Valeria Viergutz wills her natural curly hair to La Vonne Luepke. Shirley Gladitsch wills her good nature to Lila Studeman. Clayton Anderson wills his influence with the teachers to Myron Hustad. Fern Renneke wills her Wood Lake boy friends to Anola Chapman, poor girlfff Darlene Dahl wills her ability to slide by without studying to John Eldred. Marjorie Dietz wills her attractive eyes to Florance Luepke. Delores Luepke wills her lost weekends to James Barber. Ramona Hustad wills her fluent speaking ability to Billy Hansvick. To Ida Belle Christensen, June Kuehn wills her neat appearance. Doris Arndt leaves her sober expressions and bright remarks to Bernell Warner make good use of them Bernell, Doris certainly did. Last, but not least, on this momentous occasion, we feel that our dearly beloved teachers cannot be left deserted of our numerous abilities so, we have decided to leave them many things: First, our great willingness to co-operate in all important matters, second our immaculate textbooks and test papers. To the less cultured Juniors, the Seniors leave their friendly fights and their ability to win in contests. 15
