This annual’s purpose is to record all the memorable events at E. H. S. in the school year 1972-73. It is an album which symbolizes all the many moments remembered instead of the days. The annual this year has been a lot of hard work and worry for all the staff involved, but especially for Mrs. Katherine Wood, our advisor, who has had to spend many extra hours helping the staff. For this I would like to thank her. I would like also to thank Mrs. John Madison for her many wonderful photographs. They have contributed immeasurably to our annual, and we are all truly grateful. E.H.S. Superintendent In the Spring of a school year is when we look back at the successes that we have achieved in our courses and activities. The over-all picture of the 1972-73 year has a bright glow of things achieved and knowledge gained. I look at the year as a pleasant experience spent with an outstanding group of students, working with the student leaders solving problems of student government, watching the Echo teams compete in contests, and attending their classes in academic courses. I feel very proud to be associated with students who set high standards for themselves in their conduct at Echo School and other schools with whom they compete. I am looking forward to another year of association with the students of Echo School to share their successes and some failures as the year progresses. 2 Thomas Chapman Superintendent

 Our School There seems to have been a Gremlin in our camera this year with a thing” about our school board. The annual staff was faced with either inserting one of several pictures with a number of flaws in them, or omitting a photograph of this years' board. Discretion dictates that we verbally acknowledge our gratitude and thanks to those citizens who have spent hours on our behalf!
