Mr. Duke: What do you say Professor Atom? What Is my future to be? Professor: You will be the biggest farmer on the west side of Berrien County. Who Is our next guest? Mr. Duke: Barbara Martin. Professor: You are very undecided and mixed up at present. I see you as married to a soldier. Mr. Duke: The next student Is Chuck Walters. Professor: Chuck, you would like to travel some. You will some- day be a bartender at the Horse Shoe Bar In Texas. Mr. Duke: Sally Tldey Waldrop. Professor: Sally will be Supervisor of a nursery school for children of working mothers, and president of the P.T.A. Mr. Duke: Jim Young. Professor: You have thirst for adventure In our small world. First you will be a football star at Western Michigan College and then you will be an ace fighter Pilot. Mr. Duke: The last but not least student from Eau Claire Is Theresa Wilbur. Professor: Since you have been Editor of your school's annual you will probably be editor or supervisor of a big office. Probably a newspaper office. Announcer: You have heard Professor Atom's prophecy and I might add he has never met or had any previous contacts with any of these students. Professor you still have some time left, what do you think I will be doing In 196I4.? Professor: Bud Herman, I see you as the same undecided mixed up person that you now are. Professor Atom:—Eldon Paustlan Announcer:--------Bud Herman Mr. Duke:---------Jack Duke sharer Announcer: Tonight we have the graduating class of Eau Claire High School with us. During the past four years In school each student has tried to make-up their minds as to what they are go- ing to do when they graduate. Professor Atom will now make an accurate prophecy of what these students will be doing In 1961 . Mr. Duke: Professor Atom your first subject is Alice Bahus. Professor: You like Commercial work very much. Alice: (Suprlsed) how do you know? Professor: That is my secret. Yes I can see you as head of your own Business College. Mr. Duke: Our next guest Is Sam Dunaetz. Professor: You have been around farming all your life,i can see you as a wealthy river bottom farmer. Mr. Duke: The next student is Janice Collins. Professor: You are to be married soon. By 1961 you will be taking care of your twins. Mr. Duke: Leslie Duncan. Professor: Although you have had an average Interest In school you will one day be a Professor at Western Michigan College. Mr. Duke: Kathryn Dickson. Professor: You have always wanted to be a nurse. I fore-see that you will be head nurse In charge of all military hospitals. Mr. Duke: Jerry Kremers would like to know his future. Professor: I see you will own the V.M. Corporation where you have worked. Mr. Duke: Nancy LaVanway. Professor: Yours is a little hard to say. I know that you will be teaching little kids to be have. You will undoubtedly be a housewife and grade school teacher.

cTiarbSt JSMlAjunl y January 28, 1936 Kathryn Dickson was born in Plant City, Florida. She moved to Pennsylvania with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Dickson, when she was two months old. She started school at Washing- ton school in St. Joseph, Michigan, and entered Jr. High School in 8th grade at Ford City, Penn.. Upon graduating from Jr. High she transferred to Apollo High School, Penn., and spent her last two years in Eau Claire. Kathryn majored in English, Commercial, His- tory, and Science; mlnored in Mathematics and Home Ec., Her activities wore: Sophomore year. Girls Athletic Assoc., Tri-Hi-Y., Girls Chorus, Jr. year) Commercial Club. During her Sr. year. Annual Staf£ and Eager Beaver Staff. She closed her high school activities by giving the Valedictorian address. Kathryn's future plans are to attend Nursing School to become a registered nurse. May 31» 1936, Theresa Wilbur was born in She- boygan, Wisconsin, weighing two pounds and twelve ounces, the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs.Richard Wilbur. When only two she moved to Eau Claire, started school when 5 years old at IXL grade schod near Eau Claire. Upon graduation from there in 1914-9, she entered Eau Claire High School where she graduated at 17 years of age in 19514-. Theresa majored in English, History, Home Ec., and Commercial; mlnored in Mathematics and Science. Her activities were: F.H.A. for two years. Sec- retary of the Commercial Club during her Jr. year, Eager Beaver Staff in Jr. and Sr. years. She was Girl's State Rep. in her Jr. year, and Editor of the Beaver Tales in her senior year. She closed her high school activities by giving the Salutator- ian address. Plans for Theresa's future are to attend Wes- tern Michigan College and prepare to be a secretary or business teacher.
