The main roles were capably handled by Elfie Labuda and Pat Pyrah (Alice), Carolyn Cardinale and Carol Dugan (Essie), Mary Jewell and Barb Bentz (Penny), Glenn Kray and Phil Schmidt (Tony), and Bill Snyder as Mr. Vanderhof. Mr. Allyn Philips was the very expert director. In May a record dance was held to which parents and students alike were invited. Under the leadership of Bill Snyder a Class Day was held June 3. Many eager students participated in the entertainment. In the main ballroom of Hotel Syra- cuse on June 5 the social activities of the “Class of 1959” came to a thrilling close.
