Wayne in April. Pittman. Eighth Grade Spelling Champion Wade Marsh, an eighth grade student, was the middle school spelling champ this year. An avid reader, Wade competed with spelling finalists from all the sixth, seventh, and eighth grade home rooms. On February 27, Wade captured the DeKalb County Spell- ing Bee, defeating representatives from various schools throughout the county.
