OUR PRINCIPAL Mr. Myers's capable secretary, Gwyn Kandel, is a very integral part of our school system. Serving the students and faculty, as well as Mr. Myers, she has endeared her- self to all. She is never too busy to render a helping hand and is always there with her friendly smile and familiar laugh. Compliments of: BOB TRUMBULL Our principal, Mr. Kent Myers, is a very busy person at Eastside. With numerous official duties, he still finds time to lend a helping hand and a listening ear to students at EE ee helpsrussto prad— uate by encouraging excellence in scholarship and participation in outside activities. OUR SUPERINTENDENT A man who has gained much respect and recognition in the vast arena of the East- side school system is Mr. Ernest Zeller, superintend- ent of the DeKalb County Eastern Community School District. During the years, he has shown his abilities as a leader and organizer by uniting the Eastside High School system and making it the best possible place for our educational purposes.
