Imagine the excitement when two guests arrive, one seeking to buy the Hotel and the other trying to swindle anyone and everyone. The city slickers are outwit- ted by the country kids, H1 and Sis, and all ends well when Philip West and April Starr fall in love and one of the old maids, Lucindy, accepts the heart and hand of Ambrose, the horse doctor, and H1 and Sis finally save enough money to get hitched.
