Susan Temohick, a sophomore, left us to em- ' bark upon the ses of matrimony. Hey her voy ge be an ever pleasant one! - - ' .Our honorable class has selected the Rose as its flower. The celebrated Motto, 'NOT AT THE TOP BUT STILL CLIMBING', was chosen to represent our ambitious group. The shining Colors, Red and White, will fly,for'the-dear old sophomores of '32. e - Being the largest class in the school, the sophomores took part in many social affairs this year. 0n Friday,. January 15, after our victorious battle with Tho p, we gave s dance and a luncheon, which was spprec1ated.py the visitors and our boys.- All this year'e yell leaders were from the sopho ore class. Ernest Tate, Eleanor, Baretlch and Mildred Miller were candidates for th1s.r position during this year. Charles Ray and John Vittone both sopho ores, furnished some music for the high ' school dances. Ernest Tate was the representative on the school paper staff. . e Q of -The sophomores taking part in dremstice were: Chester williams, Eleanor Baretich, Mary Baretioh, Joe Maybe, Slave Ozbolt, Tony Ferkovich, Charles Ray, Fred Harish, and Mildred Miller. Eleanor Baretioh and Ernest took part in the Declemstory Contest. The dramatios class gave a play on Rash1ngton's Birthday. ,Our class members l p took part in this play were: Eleanor Baretioh, Chess ter williams, Fred Barioh, Joe Maybe, and Mildred Miller The dramntlcs class gave an all school play. The most outstanding social activity for the juniors was the dance which they gave as a benefit for the Year- book. Good music was furnished by Kr. Carroll, Buster Carroll, and Erma Ames, ,The school-orchestra played during intermission.
