Semor H1-Y Boys in Senior Hi-Y partici- pate in many activities which associate them more closely with the Y.M.C.A. Members com- pete with other schools in bas- ketball ancl other sports. The members of the Senior Hi-Y are in charge of the Easter Assem- bly. Ronald Jackson runs through some plays while a fellow member intently looks on.

Studying their lines are club members: Carol Andre, Anita Son, Linda Russ, and Mike Bullen. Dramatics Club Members of the Dramatics Club are eligible to try out for all dramatic productions pre- sented at Eastmoor and neigh- borhood elementary schools. They also help publicize plays and sell tickets. Sharon Williams, Nancy Polk, and Karon Williams are paint- iri a door for the play, Har-. vey.', Speech and Debate Club Under the guidance of their advisor, Miss Belk, club members participate in many interesting debates with other schools. Debating helps to develop better self expression and self-confidence. Officers of the Speech and Debate Club are: Jim Carroll, treasurer, Jinny Schott, president, Bonnie Venook, '02 vice-president, and Pete Miller, secretary.

judy Moncrief, vice-presidentg and Mike Mirvis, presidentg locate on the map one of the many areas Senior Red Cross The purpose of the Senior Red Cross is to cooperate with the Red Cross chapter in service projects such as volunteer work in hospitals and children's homes. Some of the Red Cross Club's many activities are making Christmas stockings and scrapbooks for hospitals. Members also help address envelopes for the TB Society. Junior Red Cross Students in the eighth or ninth grade who belong to the junior Red Cross Club are given the oppor- tunity to lend a helping hand to those less fortunate. Members make tray, table, and wall decorations for different institutions. aided by the Red Cross. Janice Eiland and Jackie Taylor, Council Representatives, are discussing the place mats that the girls made. Junior Red Cross members make place mats for area I00
