Senior Y-Teens The purpose of Senior Y-Teens is to help each member from the tenth, eleventh, and twelfth grades grow and develop as a person. Y-Teens helps each girl to grow in friendship with persons of all nation- alities, races, and religions. Y-Teens also enables each girl to grow in the knowledge and love of God. The Senior Y-Teens attend activities such as the Shipwreck Party for new girls, the city-wide rally in which Eastmoor won a prize for the best cheer, and the Fall Fantasy at Valley Dale. The Y-Teens also sponsor the Valentine Dance each year. Leading the Senior Y-Teens are Janice Moltenberry president, Marcia Davis, vice-president Renee Barker Upjohn, Selene Bondurant, and Pierce look like they're enjoying the Y-Teen Shipwreck Party. secretaryg and Sharon Pierce, treasurer Mary Jo Marburger, Judy Geichman, Sue Israel, and Kathy Baker are tak ing part in the Y-Teen recognition service. -17

Preparing to start a meeting are G.A.A. officers Donna Dailey, presidentg Sharon Strapp, vice-presidentg jackie Taylor, secretaryg and Fran Brunner, treasurer. l GAA. GAA promotes knowledge and interest in physical activities. Members develop leadership and sports- manship qualities. Activities include bowling parties, a mother and daughter tea, and inter-school basket- ball games. Mrs. Kenny, G.A.A. advisor, is telling the girls about the future schedule of intramural basketball games. Junior Y-Teens junior Y-Teens strives to develop fellowship among junior high girls. Each year they have a Christmas party at the old folks home, go Christmas caroling, and have a Valentines Dance. Kathy Geldis, Junior Y-Teen president, is leading a dis- cussion on plans for a skating party. junior Y-Teen officers are Linda Sullivan, secretaryg Kendra Hovis, program chairman, Jenny Betts, vice-presidentg Kathy Geldis, president, Sharon Von Ins, treasurer, and Carol Armstrong, worship chairman.
