Comparing stamps from other countries is a popular way to spend a meeting. Displaying the many props of the Masquers Club are Susan Brown, Mari Werlin, Cynthia Husted, and Denny Tishkoff. l STAMP CLUB Officers Mike Gorsky, president, and John Harrison, vice-presi dent, are admiring the newest addition to the stamp collection The members are encouraged to collect stamps and are taught to understand their background. Discussions concern proper methods of displaying stamps, iudging of condition, and proper handling of the stamps. MASQUERS CLUB Masquers Club presents plays at Eastrnoor and neighborhood elementary schools. Its members are eligible to try out for dramatic productions. They also help publicize plays and sell tickets. BEL CANTO CLUB Bel Canto Club promotes interest in various styles of music. Guest speakers and performers instruct and entertain the club members. Occasional field trips to concerts and musicals add spice to the program. Planning next week's meeting are Jennifer Douthit, vice-presidentg Mr. Morris, adviser, Sid Townsend, president, and Sandy Parks, secretary. l I0

RED CROSS CLUB Members of the Junior Red Cross are co-operating with the Senior Miss Holtzman, adviser of Senior Red Cross and the officers, Konnie Red Cross in preparing a cartoon book with Mrs. Bartlett, their Kirkman, vice-president and Diane Davis, president, illustrate one of adviser. their proiects. Mary Jane Borders, Joyce Maguire, Jim Pace and Peggy Harmon are planning a campaign in the Red Cross program. Richard Dorman tries a new method of teaching archery to Diane Fagan, secretary of the Outdoor Club. The Junior and Senior Red Cross Clubs work in cooperation with the American Red Cross for the ill and the handicapped. They answer requests for such things as nut cups, tray favors, and wall plaques to be used in hospitals and orphanages in this area. They are always ready to perform other services for the Red Cross and for Eastmoor High. OUTDOOR CLUB The chief aim of the members of the Outdoor Club is to promote healthy, and richer living. To be eligible for membership you have to be in the eighth grade. The group enioys many field trips throughout the year. Outdoor Club officers are Sue Hoffman, treasurer, Ron Raver, president, Mr. Foose, adviser, and Bob Wymer, vice-president. I09

VARSITY E CLUB The Varsity E Club is a new organization, founded this year under the leadership of Coach Stuart. Members must have earned a varsity E letter. Their plans for the future are to pro- mote the raising of funds for the sports department.
